A BRUTE was jailed after battering his girlfriend’s kitten to death.
Cruel Lawrence Santos, 24, killed five-month-old Mimi after first trying to drown her.

He woke horrified Rebecca Springer, 25, to tell her the pet died as he gave her a midnight bath. She saw scratches on his hands so he then attacked her.
She fled into the street in her dressing gown in Maida Vale, West London.
