Pictures of forensic cop’s checklist reveal painstaking search for evidence at home of poisoned spy Sergei Skripal

THE checklist of a forensic cop combing for evidence at poisoned Russian spy Sergei Skripal's home reveals the painstaking search for answers.
Under the heading of "swabs" a list of ten possible clues taped to a worker's back show the efforts authorities are going to in order to find out what happened to Mr Skripal and his daughter Yulia.
Words like "keyboard", "door handle" and "front door" can just about be distinguished on the forensics document.
Experts are still sweeping the Salisbury home of the former double agent, as he and his daughter fight for their life in hospital after the March 4 nerve agent attack.
Skripal and Yulia, 33, were found slumped on a bench in a catatonic state and anti-terror police are investigating CCTV believed to show the father and daughter before the poisoning.
A judge has given doctors permission to take blood samples from the stricken pair so tests can be carried out with chemical weapons experts.
They are unconscious and unable to give consent, but Mr Justice Williams made the ruling following a hearing in the Court of Protection.
The judge said he had concluded that such moves were in the best interests of Mr and Ms Skripal.
Today the cop left in critical condition after the Salisbury nerve agent attack left hospital — telling of his "surreal" poison ordeal.
Cops have estimated a timeline of the pair's movements, revealing that they had not been seen between 9.15am and 1.30pm on March 4.
They then resurfaced at a Sainsbury's upper level car park, going on to dine at Zizzi restaurant in Salisbury.
The timeline appears to back up the suggestion the father and daughter visited the graves of their family the morning they were poisoned.
Police also released a new image of Sergei's burgundy BMW 320D saloon as part of their counter terror investigation into the attack, with fears that that Russian and his daughter Yulia were poisoned after a toxic substance was smeared on the door handle.
The Sun on Sunday revealed that Yulia’s boyfriend was a Russian secret service agent and that she had worked in the US Embassy in Moscow.
The revelation came days after Scotland Yard announced a murder investigation into the death of Putin enemy Nikolai Glushkov, found strangled in his South London home.
