Cops were called to a branch in Oregon to reports of a man fighting the famous McDonald's yellow M.

Police in Sutherlin arrested Fulton on suspicion of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment.

Authorities say he became upset when staff at the fast food restaurant declined to make his order.

Police say he first destroyed a banner in the shop and then attacked the arches.

The whole scene could have been a lot uglier, with the Sutherlin Police Department confirming a customer pulled a GUN on Fulton after he grabbed someone's shirt during his rampage.

He is currently still in custody awaiting a court date.

It is unclear if he was ordering the 30 burgers for himself or for a larger party.

If he was peckish, he could always have ordered the new McDonald's Big Brekkie Burger - which is driving early risers crazy.

And he's not the only one being refused service.

A horse rider was recently told to burger off after trying to trot through a drive-thru.

The mystery man, snapped in Beccles, Suffolk, is said to regularly take his horse shopping at a nearby Tesco and a Co-op.

McDonald’s said: “Our drive-thru lanes are specifically designed for roadworthy motor vehicles only and are therefore not suitable for horses.”
