Corrie McKeague's girlfriend April Oliver discovered she was pregnant with the 23-year-old's child two weeks after he vanished in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, on September 24, 2016.
She announced her pregnancy four months after he disappeared.
The personal trainer met Corrie via a dating site, five months before he vanished after a night out with friends.
Months after Corrie went missing, April posted a series of heartbreaking messages on Instagram.
She wrote: "I hurt every day. I cry every morning and night.
"I've never missed anyone so bad. The pain is unbearable.
"No one understands the pain or hurt of missing the person you love every second of the day and night."
She added: "I don’t care what has happened, I just want you home.
"You’re my best friend and I need you. You promised you would never leave me.
"I love you Corrie please come back to me."
When was baby Ellie-Louise born?
Ellie-Louise was born in June 2017 - and in a touching tribute to her dad, was given "Corrie" as a middle name.
Ellie-Louis was born on Father's Day - Sunday, June 18, 2017.
April revealed her baby's middle name after she posted a picture of the tot's first painting on Facebook.
Thanking her loved ones for their support since her boyfriend's disappearance, she wrote: "Some days are good and some are bad as I'm sure you can all imagine, but it's days like this when Ellie and I had fun in producing her very first painting that are good days.
"I must say it came with slobber and mess but lots of giggles as I watched my daughter lay on the table and create this.
"I can't thank you all enough for the support that you have all given right from the start, it gets me through day to day, so I just wanted to share this little thing as it makes me so proud."

Grieving Martin McKeague, 49, organised the emotional church tribute after accepting his beloved son, last seen over two years ago, is dead.
The dad of three brushed away tears as he hailed Corrie - who vanished on a night out in Bury St Edmund, Suffolk - as “carefree and energetic”.
He was joined by wife Trisha, 56, and around 200 family, friends and RAF officials at St Columba’s RC Church in Cupar, Fife.
