Michael Schumacher often ‘cries’ when he sees something beautiful from his wheelchair, his family reveal
The seven-time F1 champion has needed full-time care since suffering a horrendous brain injury while skiing in 2013

MICHAEL Schumacher's family say the F1 legend cries when he sees natural beauty almost five years after suffering a horrendous head injury while skiing.
Updates on Schumacher's health have been few and far between since he hit his head on a rock in the French Alps in December 2013.
He was placed in a medically induced coma for six months following the ski accident and has been left unable to walk unassisted, according to reports.
His family members have remained tight-lipped on his progress, offering only scant updates.
Now "close relatives" have opened up about the the 49-year-old's well-being to .
They said: "When you put him in his wheelchair facing the beautiful panorama of the mountains overlooking the lake, Michael sometimes cries."
The two family members who "visit him often" said it was very encouraging that Schumacher still shows emotions.
His daughter Gina-Maria posted an inspirational message urging his fans to keep their hope alive in November.
She wrote on Instagram: "There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved #keepfighting."
Since 2014 he has been cared for round the clock at a state-of-the-art medical centre at his family home on Lake Geneva, Switzerland.
Gina, a talented horsewoman, posted the message alongside a serene picture of a lake she snapped from the saddle.
In April 2015, it was announced that Schumacher had shown "moments of consciousness and awakening".
Agent Sabine Kehm said in December 2016: "Michael's health is not a public issue, and so we will continue to make no comment in that regard."
Earlier this month, it emerged Schumacher was moving to a £27million mega-mansion bought by his wife Corinna, who he married in 1995.
Spanish mayor Katia Rouarch confirmed the move was imminent in an interview with weekly Swiss magazine L’Illustre.
Rouarch, who became mayoress of Andratx in June, told the Lausanne-based magazine: "I can officially confirm Michael Schumacher is going to move in to our municipality and that everything is being prepared to welcome him.”
L’Illustre said she had confirmed the news to its correspondent but no-one on the island had been able to say when Schumacher, 50 in January, would arrive or how long his stay would be.
