Lawless London murder rate hits ONE HUNDRED for the year as bloodshed continues
THE grisly murder toll in Lawless London today reached 100 after a pensioner was found dead following a house fire.
Carole Harrison, 73, was discovered in her home in leafy Teddington, South West London, following a blaze in the early hours of Wednesday.
Detectives from the Met's Homicide and Major Crime Command are investigating. It is the sixth murder inquiry launched in London in a week and the tenth this month.
The capital has been plagued by bloodshed this year with knife crime and shootings on the rise as cops struggle to deal with the violence.
A surge in drill rap music and moped crime saw London's homicide rate momentarily overtake that of New York.
Smiling at the camera and posing with pals, these are the 100 victims slaughtered in Lawless London this year.
1. Kyall Parnell
The 17-year-old died from a single stab wound to the heart after being attacked in front of horrified New Year's Eve revellers in Tulse Hill, South London.
Kyall was one of four people knifed to death over the New Year period and a murder probe was opened in 2018.
An inquest into his death in January heard how thugs had shouted "stab him, finish him off" before Kyall was killed.
2. Steven Narvaez Jara
Student Steven, 20, had devoted his life to becoming a pilot but his dream was ripped away on New Year's Day when he was knifed to death.
He had been embroiled in a row at a house party in Old Street, North London, and became the first person to be killed in 2018.
Ecuador-born Steven studied physics and aerospace at the University of Herefordshire.
3. Elizabeta Lacatusu
The 20-year-old was stabbed 19 times by jealous ex Genu Armeanu in Redbridge, East London, on January 3.
Her 45-year-old killer, who was convicted of murder in June, committed the horrific act "out of love" after become obsessed with her in the final days of her life.
Mum-of-three Elizabeta died within minutes after being stabbed in the neck and torso, causing serious injuries.
4. Vijay Patel
Shopkeeper Vijay was attacked in a row over Rizla papers in Mill Hill, North London, on January 6.
The 49-year-old had refused to sell the papers to three teenagers before he was punched in the chest outside his shop.
Mr Patel's brother Prakash, 47, said: "He was the greatest man in the world. He died trying to protect the shop."
5. Daniel Frederick
The 34-year-old was stabbed to death in Hackney on January 8 after attending a hospital appointment with his pregnant partner.
Daniel was ambushed as he walked home in an "unprovoked attack".
In a heartbreaking appearance on the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire Show, his sister Louise Samuels broke down in tears as she described him lying in intensive care.
She said: "They just had him there pumping in blood...He had a tear that came down his eye and I asked if he was crying and they said 'I don't think so'.
"And then a tear came down again and I said: 'You know that you're going so...don't be afraid to go'."
6. Harry Uzoka
The successful male model, 25, was murdered by a catwalk rival who stabbed him to death with a machete after bragging he slept with his girlfriend.
George Koh, 24, had arranged with a fight with Harry on social media with chilling CCTV footage showing him chasing him down in Shepherd's Bush, West London, on January 11 with two accomplices.
Along with Merse Dikanda and Jonathan Okigbo, both 24, the killer took at least three knives, including a machete.
Koh and Dikanda were found guilty of murder while Okigbo was found guilty of manslaughter.
7. Seyed Azim Khan
Dad-of-seven Seyed, 49, was hacked to death with an axe by colleague Imran Muhammed, 30, who had lured him to the offices of A to Z Furniture and Carpets in Ilford.
Muhammed wrapped Mr Khan’s mutilated body in a blanket, before wheeling it for a mile in a Homebase shopping trolley through the streets of Ilford to a nearby cemetery.
Seyed was discovered eight days later hidden in undergrowth.
8. Yaya Mbye
Yaya Mbye, 26, died in hospital after being found collapsed in a children's playground on the George Downing Estate in Stoke Newington, East London, on January 28.
He had been chased through the housing estate by three men and repeatedly stabbed.
Passers-by gave first aid to Mr Mybe before he was rushed to hospital but he was pronounced dead an hour later.
9. Juan Olmos Saca
The 39-year-old was stabbed in the chest in Peckham, South East London, on January 29 and died a week later in hospital.
He had been rushed to hospital following an altercation along with a 27-year-old also suffering stab wounds to his abdomen and head.
A man, 26, has been charged with murder and will stand trial in August.
10. Khader Saleh
Khader, 25, was stabbed three times in his cell at Wormwood Scrubs prison with a large hunting-style knife.
The dad-of-one suffered wounds to his neck, chest and back and was found slumped in his cell by officers on January 31.
It is believed the inmate was attacked by a group of inmates while in the cell of another prisoner.
The 25-year-old moved to the UK 13 years ago from Somalia, with his mother, three older brothers and sister.
11. Lily-Mai Saint George
The 11-week-old was found unresponsive at an address in Tottenham on January 31 and died at Great Ormond Street Hospital two days later.
A murder investigation was launched on April 16 when a 21-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of murder.
They remain on police bail.
12. Hasan Ozcan
He was just 19 when he died from multiple stab wounds in Barking, East London, on February 3.
Hasan was among a group of people chased down by youths before he was knifed.
The teen died at the scene less than an hour later.
13. Kwabena Nelson
The 22-year-old youth worker from Tottenham, died after being stabbed near his home on February 3.
He had devoted his young life to steering teens away from gang culture but was ambushed as he drove home.
Neron Quartey, 21, rammed Kwbana's car then knifed him before fleeing.
Stricken Kwabana called police and a relative to tell them he'd been stabbed before dying at the scene surrounded by loved ones.
His devastated mum Serwah paid tribute after his death, saying: "Kobi was a son, cousin, favourite uncle, friend, colleague, best friend and my little boy. Snatched away from us in such a brutal and barbaric way.
"The young men, the cowards, who did this have now left a huge trail of devastation within my family. I wonder if they will ever realise this or just how much pain they have left us to cope with. I find every day a struggle. How could so few cause such devastation to so many of us. I take each day as it comes, sometimes I have to take each hour.”
14. Hannah Leonard
The 55-year-old grandmother was found dead in her tenth-floor flat in Camden, North London, on February 8.
After her death, her heartbroken daughter Caroline Snowling said her mum was a “true Irish lady” who was “a very strong and independent woman who loved her community”.
She also said "extremely loyal" Hannah doted on her two grandsons, six-year-old Jack and Jamie, 15.
15. Sabri Chibani
The 19-year-old was stabbed in the chest in Streatham, south west London, on February 11.
Sabri had come to London just weeks before to build himself a “great future”.
The teen had staggered outside the house and collapsed in the driveway after being knifed before his brother battled to save him.
His dad Munir said he was "destroyed" after discovering his "easy going and friendly" son had died.
16. Bulent Kabala
Bulent, 41, was the first victim to be shot dead in Lawless London after being gunned down on February 12 in Barnet,North London.
The taxi driver was killed in a “targeted hit” by a north London gang as he got out of his silver Mercedes.
He later died from his wounds at the scene.
17. Saeeda Hussain
Saeeda, 54, was stabbed at a house in Ilford, East London, on February 13 and died from her injuries.
A murder probe was launched after she was found dead at the scene.
Muhammad Javed, 58, has been charged with her murder.
18. Lord Promise Nkenda
The 17-year-old was run over, chased down and then stabbed in Canning Town, east London, on Valentine's Day.
Promise was an aspiring music producer who dreamed of working with Dizzee Rascal and was a keen boxer.
His family believe he was “set up” and killed over a postcode rivalry.
19. Mark Smith
Mark, 48, died from multiple injuries after being found unconscious in Waltham Forest on February 15.
A post mortem revealed he died from mulitple injuries.
Carol Campling, 38, of no fixed address, has been charged with murder.
20. Lewis Blackman
The 19-year-old was stabbed in the early hours of February 18 after going to a house party in Kensington.
He died outside the former home of Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.
Hundreds gathered on the Peckwater estate in Kentish Town, close to where the rappe grew up, after his death.
Six teenagers have been charged in connection with the killing.
21. Jozef Boci
He was rushed to hospital but sadly died just under a week later.
Four men have been charged with his murder.
22. Rotimi Oshibanjo
The 26-year-old was fatally stabbed inside a property in the Halliday Square housing estate in Southall, West London.
Police were called to the estate at around 3.30pm on February 19 after reports of a disturbance and found Rotimi with knife wounds injuries.
A 38-year-old man has been charged with murder.
23. Sadiq Mohamed
The 20-year-old became the third person in his family to be murdered after he was stabbed in Camden on February 20.
He left a heartbreaking voicemail to his mum shortly before his death saying: "I'm wounded".
His death came just 90 minutes after pal Abdikaram Hassan was stabbed.
24. Abdikarim Hassan
Abdikarim, 17, a friend of Sadiq, died on the same night after also being stabbed in Camden.
Hassan was knifed outside a shop at around 8pm while Mohamed was found in the street just after 10pm.
Two 18-year-old men have been charged with two counts of murder, GBH and attempted GBH in connection with the death of both boys.
25. Amir Ellouzi
The 24-year-old was shot in the neck in Westminster on February 20.
He passed away in hospital a week later from his injuries and a 23-year-old man has been charged with murder.
26. Michael Boyle
Michael, 44, died from a single stab wound to the chest after being attacked on February 25.
He was rushed to hospital and later died on March 10.
Michael, from Galashiels, Scotland, was set upon outside the Sir Robert Peel pub in Southwark.
Two men have been charged in connection with his death.
27. Christopher Beaumont
The 42-year-old was stabbed at a house in Hammersmith on March 1.
Cops were scrambled to the home at around 5.40pm where they discovered Christopher with stab wounds.
He was declared dead at the scene shortly after and a 32-year-old man has been charged with murder.
28, 29, 30. Laura Figueira and her two sons
Laura De Figueira, 47, had been stabbed multiple times when her body was found at her home in Twickenham, south west London on March 5.
The bodies of her husband Adelino Figueira, 57, and their sons Claudio, 10, and seven year-old Joaquin were discovered 90 miles away at Birling Gap in East Sussex about an hour earlier.
A post mortem found Adelino and the two tragic children had suffered multiple injuries consistent with falling from height.
31. Kelva Smith
The 20-year-old died after being stabbed in the stomach in Croydon, south London, on March 5.
He was described by a family friend as “the kind of boy you would want for a son” and as someone who was “so respectful”.
Two people have so far been charged in relation to Kelva’s death, including a 14-year-old schoolboy.
32. Kelvin Odunuyi
Privately-educated Kelvin, 19, was shot outside a cinema in Wood Green, North London, on March 8.
Horrified witnesses described seeing two masked men on a moped ride past before one opened fire.
Rapper Kelvin,who performed under the name DipDat and was also known as Lampz, was declared dead two hours later.
His death is believed to have been part of an escalating “postcode war” between gangs in Wood Green and nearby Tottenham.
33. Julian Joseph
Julian, 36, was attacked on a night bus in New Cross, South London, just after midnight of March 13.
He was rushed to hospital with a severe head injury and died 11 days later.
Kirk Wright, 32, has been charged with murder.
34. Nikolai Glushkov
The Russian exile, 68, who is said to have been on a Kremlin hit list, was found dead at his home in New Malden, South West London, on March 13.
Police were called to retired financial director Mr Glushkov's home, where he had lived for two years, at 10.46pm on March 12 after daughter Natalia Glushkova discovered his body.
A post-mortem determined that his cause of death was "compression to the neck" - with a murder probe opened just days after his body was found.
Counter terror cops have been involved in the investigation from the outset, saying it was due to the "associations" that Glushkov was believed to have had.
Officers ruled out a link to the Salisbury novichok deaths and say there is no evidence to suggest the tycoon was poisoned.
35. Joseph William-Torres
Joseph, 20, was shot in a car in in Essex Close, Walthamstow on March 14.
He died on the way to hospital.
Police believe the victim was in a stationary vehicle before a number of suspects approached and shots were fired.
Two teens, 15 and 17, have been charged with murder.
36. Lyndon Davis
Lyndon, 18, stabbed in Chadwell Heat, East London, on March 14 and died on the way to hospital.
Six people have been arrested in connection with the investigation including five teenage boys.
But so far no one has been charged.
37. Naomi Hersi
Hersi Hersi was found with stab wounds at a hotel near Heathrow Airport on March 16 and was pronounced dead 30 minutes later.
The 36-year-old lived as a trans woman known as ‘Naomi’.
She was described as a “tennis lover, music junkie, film and tv addict” after her death.
38. Russell Jones
The 23-year-old died after suffering from stab injuries and a gunshot wound in Enfield, north London, on March 17.
University student Russell was ambushed outside shops and was “in the wrong place at the wrong time”.
Russell , who is understood to have been in his last two weeks of a course at the University of Hertfordshire, was with a friend when four hooded men launched the brutal attack.
Two 20-year-olds, both from Enfield, have been charged with his murder.
39. Tyrone Silcott
Tyrone, 41, died after being stabbed in Hackney on March 18 during a week of bloodshed in the capital.
He had been at a St. Patrick's Day party with friends and was knifed multiple times after an altercation spilled out on to the streets.
A man, 28, has been charged with murder.
40. Balbir Johal
The 48-year-old was admitted to hospital with stab wounds after being attacked in Southall on March 19 and died a few hours later.
Two men have been charged with murr.
41. Jermaine Johnson
Jermaine, 41, was stabbed to death an an address in Walthamstow on March 19.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedic an hour later.
A man and a woman were arrested in connection with the death and have been released under investigation
42. Beniamin Pieknyi
The 21-year-old was found with stab wounds at the Stratford shopping centre in East London, on March 20 and was pronounced dead at the scene.
He died in his friend's arms after being chased down and knifed.
Police were slammed after posing for an "insensitive" selfie at the spot where Beniamin died.
43. Abraham Badru
Abraham, 26, was shot in Dalston on March 25 with his mum by his side, who was later seen collapsing in tears on the pavement.
The hero had been given an award for saving a woman from a rapist when he was aged just 14.
Abraham ran to help the 14-year-old girl as she was being attacked by up to 15 boys in a stairwell in Hackney, East London.
He was later threatened by their associates, who tried to stop him giving evidence.

44. Wieslaw Kopcynski
The 59-year-old died on March 27th two days after being found lying in bed in Barking with serious head injuries following a suspected assault.
A post-mortem found the cause of death was a complex skull fracture.
45. David Potter
David, 50, was found dead inside a house in Tooting High Street on March 26 after suffering from stab injuries.
Christopher McMahon, 47,has been charged with his murder.
46. Reece Tshoma
The 23-year-old was stabbed in the neck in Plumstead, south east London, on March 29.
He had been driven to hospital by a friend but died later that evening.
47. Leyla Mtumwa
Leyla, 36, was found with stab wounds to her chest and neck after cops were raced to her home in Haringey on March 30.
The Tanzania native's younger son had desperately tried to save her but called 999 after realising he couldn't help.
A man, 32, has been charged with her murder.
48. Ourania Lambrou
The 80-year-old died after being pushed to the ground and hitting her head on a metal bollard in Camden on March 31.
Actor Harry Goodwin-Sims has been charged with manslaughter.
The pensioner, who is of Greek Cypriot origin, was taken to hospital and allowed to go home after several hours.
But two days later she was readmitted and doctors discovered a bleed on her brain and she passed away the next day.
49. Devoy Stapleton
Devoy , 20, stabbed outside bar in Wandsworth in the early hours of April 1 and found in a pool of his own blood.
Billy Botton, 24, charged with his murder.
50. Tanesha Melbourne
Tanesha, 17, was shot in the chest on April 2 after a drive-by shooting in Tottenham, north London.
The youth worker may have been an innocent bystander gunned down in crossfire between rival gangsters - and her friends deny she was connected to any gangs.
She died in her mum's arms on Easter Monday as a wave of murders gripped London.
The teen's boyfriend, Lumear Small, 20, described her as "beautiful inside and out" and said she had the "biggest heart of any girl I've ever met".
One of Tanesha's closest friends added: "It hurts to see someone so close to home lose their life to stupidity or by being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"It’s genuinely heartbreaking to lose a person like her, she was funny, caring and always knew how to make someone laugh."
51. Amaan Shakoor
The 16-year-old was shot in the face in Walthamstow, north east London on April 3 in a suspected gang war.
Amaan was gunned down at around 10pm - just minutes after 17-year-old Tanesha Melbourne was shot dead in Tottenham, North London.
Amaan's dad, Mohammed Shakoor, paid tribute to the teen saying: "He was a wonderful son.
"We need to come to terms with this, we are obviously devastated."
52. Henry Vincent
The career criminal, 37, died after being stabbed in the chest as he burgled Richard Osborn-Brooks' house in Lewisham on April 4.
He fled the scene but collapsed in the street and later died of the stab wound to the upper body.
Mr Osborn-Brooks was then arrested on suspicion of murder and bailed on April 5 pending further enquiries.
The 78-year-old has since been cleared of all charges and faces no further action.
However, it has been reported the OAP is in hiding with his wife fearing reprisals from friends of the burglar he killed.
53. Babatunde Akintayo Awofeso
The 53-year-old died after fight at a bookmakers in Upper Clapton on April 4 following reports of an altercation with another man.
City of London Police were forced to take over the case after the Met said its homicide unit was under pressure.
54. Israel Ogunsola
Israel, 18, died in Hackney after being stabbed, also on April 4.
The victim approached police who performed first aid but he died at the scene after 25 minutes.
The teenager from Hackney was friends with gunned-down Tanesha Melbourne and survived being stabbed five times on New Year's Eve.
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with murder to stand to trial in October.
55. John Maclean
John, 35, stabbed at a flat in the Isle of Dogs on April 12th.
Alex Glanfield-Collis, 25, has bee charged with his murder.
56. Raul Nicolaie
The 26-year-old was stabbed to death in Zenith Close, Colindale at 6pm on Sunday, April 15.
He was rushed to hospital but sadly couldn't be saved.
Simone Fergus, 34, of Zenith Close, has been charged with his murder.
57. Natasha Hill
The 18-year-old was found dead with head injuries at an address in Sewell Road, Abbey Wood at 4.22am on Sunday April 15.
A 32-year-old man who knew Ms Hill was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and bailed to mid-October.
58. Samantha Clarke
Samantha Clarke, 38, died in Brixton days after celebrating her son Joshua's 14th birthday in a brutal killing at a £1 million home in Brixton on April 15.
She is understood to have been spending time with her family away from her job as a hotel assistant manager when she was knifed.
Jordan Clarke, 21, thought to be her brother, has been charged with murder appeared in custody at Old Bailey on April 19.
59. Sami Sidhom
Sami, 18, who studied law and history at Queen Mary University, was stabbed in the back just yards from his home in Forest Gate, east London, after going to the West Ham v Stoke game on April 16.
Horrified neighbours in Forest Gate, East London, desperately tried to stem the bleeding after hearing the teen yell: "Please help me, I’ve been stabbed.”
The aspiring lawyer's mum died when he was young and his grandad died recently, leaving him enough cash to buy an Audio A4.
His grieving family asked: “How many more have to die this way before everyone cares?”
They added: "Sami was a model son, model student, a dedicated West Ham fan who was studying to be a lawyer to bring fair play and justice to those who needed it."
60. John Woodward
The 47-year-old was found dead on the roof of the Pressman Mastermelts building in Hatton Garden on April 17.
Post-mortem gave cause of death as blunt force trauma to the head.
61. Aaron Springett
Aaron, 32, died after street fight outside bookies in Merton, south west London, after suffering from a blunt force trauma to the chest on April 20.
Joseph Otinkoran Ankrah, 31, has been charged with the murder.
62. Kwasi Anim-Boadu
The 20-year-old was stabbed during a mass brawl in Seven Sisters Road, Finsbury Park, north London, on April 21.
A 21-year-old man who had knife wounds to his hands was arrested at the scene and charged with murder.
63. Leon Maxwell
Mr Maxwell, 38, was shot outside Queensbury tube station on May 1.
A 26-year-old man also shot went to a north London hospital.
64. Rhyhiem Barton
The teenager, 17, was shot dead in broad daylight near his family's flat in Kennington on May 5.
He had appeared in a Tim Westwood music video wearing a mask on a YouTube channel ran by the former BBC DJ.
Rhyhiem was a member of the Moscow17 drill crew, according to reports.
65. Onees Khatoon
The pensioner was murdered at her home in Gade Close, Hayes, on May 13.
The 71-year-old's son Majid Butt, 51, has been charged over her death.
66. Rosina Coleman
The 85-year-old was found battered to death by a handyman at her home in Romford on May 15.
She had been plagued by cold-caller workmen asking to work on her property in the weeks before her death, horrified neighbours revealed.
Men 'without a van or credentials' had knocked locals looking to carry out work on their homes.
She was found inside her home after what police have described as a "cowardly assault".
67. Abdulrahman Nassor Juma
The 24-year-old, known to friends as Mani, was fatally stabbed in the chest in Barking on May 17.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 22-year-old man has been charged with murder to stand trial in December.
68. Osman Shidane
The 20-year-old was stabbed repeatedly in Ruislip on evening of May 15.
He died three days later on Friday May 18.
A 16-year-old boy has been charged with murder.
69. Arunesh Thangarajah
The homeless 28-year-old was stabbed to death in Mitcham, south London, in early hours of Sunday May 20.
A 44-year-old man has been charged with his murder.
70. Sophie Cavanagh
Ms Cavanagh was viciously attacked at an address in Bromley around 6pm on Sunday May 20.
After a post-mortem examination a provisional cause of death was given as compression of the neck.
Murder Squad detectives charged her husband Martin Cavanagh, 34.
71. Marcel Campbell
The dad-of-two, 30, was fatally stabbed outside an ice cream parlour in Islington on Monday May 21.
Marcel, from nearby Tottenham, North London, was described as a "wonderful father" by grieving relatives.
His aunt, Lynette, told the: "He lived for his kids. He was a good boy, we are losing too many of our young people. His mother is devastated.”
A man, 22, has been charged with murder and will stand trial in November.
72. Gerry Gaffney
The 46-year-old died in hospital on May 21st, eight days after being repeatedly stabbed near The Oval cricket ground in south London on Sunday May 14.
A 52-year-old man has been charged over his death.
73. Molly Frank
The care worker, 61, suffered fatal head injuries at an Islington residential home on May 24 and died in hospital the next day.
A special post-mortem examination gave the cause of death as intra-cerebral haemorrhage.
A 95-year-old arrested on suspicion of murder was released under investigation.
Scotland Yard said officers are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident
74. Bethany-Maria Beales
Bethany-Maria fell to her death from the 19th floor of The Heron, a 36-storey residential skyscraper in the City on May 26.
According to her profiles online, she was an actor and singer with a particular interest in musical theatre.
Her family said in a statement: "Beth was a kind, funny, loyal, intelligent, talented and stunningly beautiful person who changed the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her and lucky enough to be loved by her."
City of London police arrested man and woman, both 38, on suspicion of murder.
75. Mark Fontaine
The 41-year-old, from Walthamstow, was repeatedly stabbed in Chelsea on May 30.
A 14-year-old boy has been charged with his murder.
76. Andra Hilitanu
Seven months pregnant with her third child, the 28-year-old was found stabbed in the neck at her flat in Brent on June 1.
The Romanian national’s family revealed that her unborn child also died.
A 43-year-old man has been charged with her murder.
77. Edmond Jonuzi
The 35-year-old Albanian was knifed in park and collapsed near Turnpike Lane station in north London on the evening of Saturday June 9.
A 19-year-old has been charged with his murder.
78. Gitana Matukeviciene
The 50-year-old, originally from Lithuania, was found with multiple injuries at a residential address in Dagenham on Saturday June 9th never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead on Tuesday June 12.
A 52-year-old man has been charged.
79. Mark Tremain
Mr Tremain, 52, died from his injuries on June 14 - two weeks after being badly beaten near his home in Albert Square, Stockwell, on May 31
80. Joshua Boadu
Apprentice Joshua Boadu, 23, died in hospital on June 22 - 11 days after being repeatedly stabbed in the chest in Bermondsey.
The lift engineer was knifed following an 'altercation' with a gang of youths and spent 11 days at King's Cross Hospital where his family kept a bedside vigil.
Paying tribute, his youngest brother Jeffrey Boadu, 28, said: “I think the key word to describe him is easy going; he wasn’t a life of the party sort of person, he was just quiet and minded his own business, stuck with the same friends."
81. Matthew Thomas
Mr Thomas, 39, died shortly after being found with multiple injuries at a flat in Pimlico on Thursday June 21
82. Slawomir Weglarski

89. Latwaan Griffiths
Latwaan Griffith, 18, from Southwark, died in hospital hours after being found with stab wounds in Denmark Road, Camberwell on July 26.
He was dumped in the street by a moped rider, who shouted 'help, he's been stabbed' before speeding off.
Members of the public rushed to help Mr Griffith but he died in hospital overnight.

The pensioner, 69, was found stabbed to death at her home in Casino Avenue, Herne Hill on Tuesday July 31st. David Thomas, 73, was taken to hospital for treatment for stab wounds before being charged with murder.

Seven-year-old Joel Urhie died in an arson attack on his family home in Adolphus Street, Deptford, just before 3.30am on Tuesday August 7. It is thought his older brother Sam Urhie, who had recently been released from jail, was the intended target of the attack.

Simonne Kerr, 31, was fatally stabbed at her home in Battersea, south west London on August 15.
Ex-soldier Desmond Sylva will go on trial in the new year accused of murdering his girlfriend Ms Kerr, whose six-year-old son died a couple of years ago.

The 42-year-old died after being repeatedly stabbed at a house in Chingford in the early hours of Friday August 17. A 16-year-old boy has been charged with his murder.

The 66-year-old was found with multiple stab wound at an address in Catford in the early hours of Saturday August 18. A 29-year-old Essex woman has been charged with his murder.

A 43-year-old woman died after suffering horrific burns in a flat fire in Finsbury Park on July 5. She died in hospital more than a month later on August 21.
A 42-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.
