SHOCKING video footage shows a man driving a car while TWO kids sitting in the front seat without any seatbelts.
The man, believed to be the children's father, reverses out of the car park while bizarrely the kids are both sat in the passenger seat and footwell.
Zoe Mansbridge, 22, captured the short clip from her apartment in Southampton last week and uploaded it to Facebook.
The footage shows, the silver Toyota reversing with one of the children sitting safely in the seat, whilst the other child is slightly leaned forward on the other child’s lap.
The camera zooms in to reveal the man stretching his left arm out around the children to keep them safe while he uses his right hand to control the car.
He then looks to the back of his car to make sure it is safe to continue reversing his car.
This then makes the one of the young children turn around to look at what the father is looking at before going back to leaning on the dashboard.
The camera then zooms out to where the father is still using his left hand to keep the children safe while he reverses his car out.
One of the children is sitting comfortably in the seat while the other is leaning on the dashboard of the car watching the dad.
Before the clip ends, a man walks behind the father as he continues to reverse his car out onto the main road while the two children lean to the side to watch the back of the car.
Along with the video Zoe outlined her anger in the post which was uploaded to a private Facebook group.
She said: "Imagine putting two young children in a car without putting them in a car seat.
“Both in the front and driving. Fully drove out the car park and went. It happened in my car park and the dad was with them.
"He put them in, then got in himself and drove off.”
Many users on social media reacted angrily to the post regarding the children's safety.
One user said: “Ugh... some people shouldn't be allowed to breed. But that would be against their human rights. Shout the happy clappy brigade.”
Another wrote: “Truly shocking, shouldn’t be allowed to have children. No regards for their safety.”
Another Facebook user added: “Take this video to the police, risking kids lives and clearly breaking the law equals straight fine.”
