A MUM injured in a horror car crash with Prince Philip will be forced to undergo surgery on her broken wrist this week.
Emma Fairweather, 46, now needs a titanium plate to repair the fracture after attempts to set it naturally failed.
She will be off work until April and faces eight weeks in a cast.
She told the Sunday Mirror: "This has completely knocked me.
"It feels the last three weeks of pain and recovery have been pointless as I now have to start all over again. It’s like groundhog day.
"I want him to know the full effect this is having on my life.

It comes after the “shaken” Duke told her he was "deeply sorry" and wished her a speedy recovery in a letter sent four days after the smash.
Emma will need a general anaesthetic for the operation, which is expected to involve a general anaesthetic at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn.
She is currently perusing a personal injury claim against the Duke.
