HARROWING video testimony by a teenage cancer patient saying Michael Jackson started masturbating him has emerged as the documentary Leaving Neverland is due to air.

Gavin Arvizo, who was 13 at the time, told Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office about the alleged abuse at the hands of the singer which he says happened in 2003.

Jackson was arrested on November 23, 2003 and charged with a criminal act which related to allegations of sexual abuse.

His arrest and trial in 2005 form a significant part of the Leaving Neverland documentary which is set to air tonight on Channel 4.

In the footage Arvizo, who was suffering from kidney cancer when he first met the Beat It singer, details what he claims happened to him when he was with Jackson in February and March 2003.

Arvizo says in the footage: “He showed me, he wanted to show me how to masturbate.

“Then I said no and he said he would do it for me.”

When the detective asks if Jackson “did it for you” the boy remains silent and looks shocked.

In another segment of the video Arvizo tells cops: “He started masturbating me ... I told him I didn't want to do that. I told him not to do that.”

The detective then said: “Did he stop?”

Arvizo stated: “He kept doing it.”

I told him I didn't want to do that. I told him not to do that

Arvizo’s allegations have some similarities with those made by James Safechuck, who appears in the Leaving Neverland documentary, and the claims made by Jordan Chandler who had made allegations against Jackson ten years earlier.

Charges were never brought against Jackson that related to Chandler’s claims after it emerged the boy’s father could have been attempting to extort Jackson and the boy’s mother said the singer never touched her son.

Chandler though was able to describe the appearance of Jackson’s bum, pubic hair and distinctive marks on his testicles and penis.

Jackson ultimately settled with the boy’s family for $23million and no charges were ever brought.

Safechuck says in the documentary that Jackson’s lawers coached him on how to speak to investigators.

Safechuck, 40, along with Wade Robson, 36, claim the superstar entertainer horribly abused them while they were small boys and in the doc they have revealed harrowing details of their alleged ordeal.

ALLEGATIONS OF SEXUAL ABUSE

Referring to a sex abuse investigation against Jackson in 1993, Safechuck said the singer’s lawyers would train him to say the right things should he be asked questions.

Safechuck said: "They did, like, a mock interview, kind of role playing the policeman or lawyer.

“We’d rehearsed so much it was like going through the motions… like part of my job, to do that for Michael.”

Jackson had even staged a mock wedding with him when he was just 10-years-old — complete with vows and a diamond ring, he claimed.

Following this Safechuck would receive jewellery as a reward for carrying out sexual acts.

A police report detailing a search of the Neverland ranch in 2003 states cops found a collection of pornographic material at the property which included books and videos.

The report said at least seven collections of work were found which included images of boys, who appeared to be teenagers or younger, completely nude or partially clothed.

Jackson was acquitted in 2005 after being charged with seven counts of child molestation and two counts of providing an intoxicant to a minor under the age of 14.

Jackson’s family has vehemently denounced the Leaving Neverland documentary, attacking the credibility of both Robson and Safechuck as well as the filmmaker Dan Reed.
