AN EX-COP jailed for assaulting a black man and boy has been found dead.
PC Declan Jones, 30, was caged for six months for pummelling a male cyclist over the bonnet of a patrol car, then brutally attacking a 15-year-old the next day.

He had falsely accused the teenager of carrying drugs and punched him in the back of the head before kicking him as he lay on the floor last April.
He was found dead by his devastated parents yesterday morning at his house in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
Paramedics attended but the former West Midlands Police officer could not be saved after suffering cardiac arrest.
A source said: “Jones apparently smashed his house up earlier in the week.
“He attended Bromsgrove Football Club on Monday and was found dead the next morning.”
Jones’s shocking crimes during Britain’s first lockdown were caught on camera, and the offences saw his Chief Constable apologise to both victims.

He pepper-sprayed, punched and kneed the cyclist on April 20.
District Judge Shamim Qureshi, who jailed him at Birmingham magistrates’ court, said there was a feeling among black, Asian and minority ethnic groups “that only video evidence leads to being believed in cases like these, because courts often believe the word of police officers”.
Speaking after the case, the 15-year-old victim’s mother said: “It’s child abuse, isn’t it? When my son explained to me what happened I was upset – but when I saw the video I was heartbroken.
“It’s been hard. Excuses were made for the former police officer’s behaviour [through the court hearings].
“My son will never trust a police officer again. Prior to this attack, we gave him the talk about discrimination and racism across society, what to expect but even then, he didn’t think anything like this would happen to him and it has really shaken him up.”
West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to a property on Patch Street, Bromsgrove at 12.44pm yesterday.
“Three ambulances and a paramedic officer attended to find a man in cardiac arrest.
“Sadly, nothing could be done to save the man and he was confirmed deceased on scene.”
West Mercia Police said: “Officers were called to an address in Bromsgrove following reports of concern for the welfare of a man in his 30s.
“We don’t believe there to be any third party involvement in the death and a report will be prepared for the coroner.”
