MEGHAN Markle has opened up about her down-to-earth family life with Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three, in her new podcast.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, revealed how she has juggled potty training with launching her new As Ever brand, which includes £22 honey and £11 jams.
Speaking on Confessions of a Female Founder with Meghan, which aired today, Meghan spoke about how her office is at her £12million Montecito home so she can be close to the kids.
She shared: “I don't leave the house to go to an office. My office is here.
“So oftentimes, I mean, Lili still naps. She gets picked up early and she naps and she only has a half day in preschool.
“So if she wakes up and she wants to find me, she knows where to find me.

“Even if my door is closed to the office, she'll be sitting there on my lap during one of these meetings with a grid of all the executives.
“I wouldn't have it any other way.
“I don't wanna miss those moments. I don't wanna miss pick up if I don't have to.
“I don't wanna miss drop off. I don't either.”

Meghan spoke about the challenges of running her new brand, which sold out in under one hour, while raising a family with Prince Harry, 40.
She continued: “I think what I do love the most about having young kids in this chapter while I'm building is the perspective that it brings.
“Because you're building something while your child's going through potty training.”
The Duchess of Sussex insisted that family life and her business are equally a priority for her.
She continued: “Both are just as important.
“ It's like, great, okay, where's the Cheerios? Well done.
“And then you're championing your team 10 minutes later about something that is really high value for the world but in your own world, that's super high value.
“And in her [Lilibet’s] world, that's super high value.”
The mum-of-two sat down with her friend, Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, 35, for the debut episode of her business podcast.
The new show is hosted by female-founded Lemonada Media, after her £18million Spotify deal fell through following reports they did not meet "productivity requirements".
Previously she had launched the Archetypes podcast on the platform in August 2022, which featured interviews with the likes of Serena Williams and Mariah Carey.
Also in Meghan’s new episode, she opened up about her experiences of motherhood and her postpartum preeclampsia.
Postpartum pre-eclampsia is a serious condition where high blood pressure and protein in the urine develop after childbirth, potentially leading to seizures and other complications if left untreated.
Meghan didn't reveal whether she suffered from the scary condition after the birth of Archie or Lilibet.
