Tottenham tell Bayern Munich what it will take to sign Harry Kane after frustrating transfer talks in London
TOTTENHAM have told Bayern Munich they must significantly up their offer for Harry Kane after frustrating talks in London.
Bayern chiefs Jan-Christian Dreesen and Marco Neppe flew into London yesterday for further discussions with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy over their move for the England captain.
The Bundesliga giants have had £60million and £70m offers rejected so far with talks expecting to continue this week.
There have been suggestions that the German champions could go up to around £86m, which is still well below Tottenham's £100m valuation of their all-time top scorer.
is reporting that the two clubs are still "£25m apart in their valuation".
However, adds that the German giants "are ready to smash their transfer record and bid £85m" for the England captain.

have even reported Tottenham be looking for a buy-back clause in the deal that could see Kane sensationally rejoin the club later in his career.
Kane is out of contract at Tottenham next summer and is not entertaining signing a new deal - meaning Spurs risk losing him for nothing next summer if they do not sell now.
The England captain is interested in a move to Bayern this summer.
Bayern bosses, who returned to Munich last night, are thought to still be confident of sealing a deal before the close of the window.

Herbert Hainer, the Bayern president, feels Kane would be a boost for the whole league should a deal go through.
He told German magazine Kicker: "Harry Kane is a highly attractive player, the England captain and a top scorer.
"He would do us and the Bundesliga good.”
Far from agitating for a move, Kane spent the weekend away with his wife Kate and children at Disneyland Florida.
Kate shared several photos of the family trip, including Kane walking hand in hand with his two daughters inside the complex.
The couple are preparing to welcome their fourth child after announcing the news in March.
