LATE night TV host Jimmy Kimmel went right to roasting OJ Simpson in a series of jokes following the former NFL star's death.
“It was a tough day," the night show host said during his monologue. "God, I miss OJ so much—already! I really do.
“As most of you probably know, the big story was that OJ Simpson went to Hell today."
Simpson, 76, became infamous in 1994 after he was charged with killing his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend, Ronald Goldman.
His eight-month, nationally televised trial was one of the highest-profile criminal cases in modern American history.
Before their deaths, the former running back spent 11 seasons in the , playing for only the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers.

How OJ evaded the police, continued
On the same day police went looking for OJ, his lawyer Robert Shapiro publicly pleaded with the former football star at a press conference.
"Wherever you are, for the sake of your family, for the sake of your children, please surrender immediately," Shapiro said.
"I'm keeping my fingers crossed and praying we will be able to bring him into court and let the case be determined by a court of law," he continued.
LAPD managed to locate Simpson that same Friday because he contacted 911 using a cell phone earlier in the day.
HOW OJ evaded the police
Following the homicides of the late Nicole Brown Simpson and the late Ron Goldman, the former Buffalo Bills player attempted to make a getaway.
Accused of both of their murders, OJ Simpson fled after failing to turn himself in on June 17, 1994.
The Los Angeles Police Department chased him down in his white Ford Bronco before police contacted his lawyer, Robert Shapiro.
Shapiro provided investigators with the address to where OJ was hiding.
