Follow all the action with our live blog below...

REAL MADRID have won an unprecedented 15th Champions League trophy after beating Borussia Dortmund 2-0 at Wembley!

Dani Carvajal and Vinicius Jr scored the second-half goals as Real finally broke through the spirited Bundesliga side.

Though the game was HALTED inside the first minute after pitch invasions stopped play.

  • "It seems a dream"

Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti, speaking to TNT Sports: "It seems a dream but it is reality. Really happy for sure.

"Really difficult game as usual, they played better first half, we played better second half, but a final is always like this. We were able to win, a fantastic season and we are really happy to be able to win the cup again."

Asked about Real Madrid's knack (understatement) of winning the Champions League: "It is the history and tradition of the club, of course the quality of the players, the club is a family, we work altogether without problems and the atmosphere is really good in the dressing room.

"I need to thank the club and the players, no big egos, really humble, it was not difficult to manage the squad this season."

  • 'We are not going to sleep'

Big night ahead for Carlo Ancelotti and the Champions League winners.

"I don't know what is going to happen tonight," the Italian tells TNT Sports. "But we are not going to sleep!"

That'd be a serious effort. The Euros kicks off in 14 days, lads!

  • Errr

Not sure what to say about that.

  • Don Carlo

No cigar for Carlo Ancelotti... yet. But he's just lifted the trophy to the fans and was promptly flung in the air by the entire Real Madrid squad. Be careful with him, lads!

  • Cup Kings

Real Madrid have won the European Cup/UEFA Champions League for the 15th time in their history, which is now more than twice as many times as any other club (Milan with the next-most on 7).

  • New generation

  • Embrace

Jose Mourinho marches onto the pitch to console Borussia Dortmund boss Edin Terzic. Pipped to the Bundesliga title on the final day of the season last year, and a Champions League final defeat this year. A bit cruel for the 41-year-old.

  • Scary thought

Tell you what, it's pretty scary to think that Real Madrid will have Kylian Mbappe and new Brazilian talent Endrick playing for them next season. A decade of dominance might just await the Spanish heavyweights.

  • Here we go!

Nacho grabs the trophy and walks towards his teammates, who are all ready to pop off. He raises the Champions League trophy in the air. The kings are back on the throne at Wembley Stadium.

  • The last dance

    What a ride.

  • It's time

Time for the medals to be dished out and the trophy to be lifted. Zinedine Zidane sticks the trophy on the plinth as the glum Borussia Dortmund players receive their runners-up medals.

Such a sickener for them, but it's not the first and certainly won't be the last time Real Madrid have been outplayed for large portions of the game and still won.

The German side were excellent but just lacked that killer instinct.

  • Match report

Maybe it’s the sheer weight of history, maybe it’s supreme self-confidence, maybe it’s black magic from the men in white.

But when Old Big Ears is in the building, Real Madrid always find a way.

No wonder Jude Bellingham was so desperate to get to the Bernabeu.

The Englishman laid on Real’s second goal for Vinicius Junior after Dani Carvajal’s late headed opener.

The Birmingham boy is a European champion at club level at the age of 20. Now how about international level too?

Bellingham sunk to his knees when Vinicius netted, then he was substituted by Carlo Ancelotti and blew kisses to the adoring Madristas who serenaded him’.

  • "The best night of my life."

A tearful Jude Bellingham speaking to TNT Sports: "I've always dreamed of playing in these games. You go through life, and there's so many people that say you can't do things. You wonder if it's worth it and those kinds of things… but nights like tonight make your realise.

"I was alright until I saw my mum and dad's face. The amount of nights where they could be at home at 7pm and they are doing trips at 11 and 12 o'clock at night to take me to football…

"The best night of my life."

  • On his knees

Jude Bellingham is down on his knees. He looks emotional. No wonder, he's just won the La Liga title and Champions League before the age of 21!

We adding a Euros to that this summer, Jude?

  • Iconic

The celebrations have started and it's Carlo Ancelotti punching his fist in the air to the travelling Real Madrid fans.

Toni Kroos, Dani Carvajal, Luka Modric and Nacho become the only players in football history to win SIX Champions League trophies.

    Incredible.

  • Dortmund 0-2 Real Madrid

FT: REAL MADRID HAVE WON THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE!

Carlo Ancelotti's side clinch their 15th European title and sixth in 11 years, which is more than double the number of any other club in history. They weren't at their best - but that trophy always manages to find its way back to the Bernabeu.

  • Dortmund 0-2 Real Madrid

92: No last-gasp goals appear to be coming, folks. Real Madrid have made another change with Vinicius Jr is replaced by Vazquez.

These Borussia Dortmund players look shell-shocked really. To have dominated most of the match and created several good changes, only to have it taken away from them in the space of 11 minutes.

  • Dortmund 0-2 Real Madrid

90: Just seen a pretty accurate Tweet. "Real Madrid - useless for 75 minutes and boom boom, game over!"

Thanks for that. Five minutes of additional time.

  • Dortmund 0-2 Real Madrid

87: Disallowed goal! Malen beats his man and finds Fullkrug, who plants it beyond Courtois but the offside flag was up early. Correctly.

Jamie Bynoe-Gittens replaces Jadon Sancho, Militao is on for Rodrygo.

  • Dortmund 0-2 Real Madrid

85: Jude Bellingham exits with an assist under his belt. Not his most influential display, but I doubt he'll care as he collects his winners medal. Semi-final hero Joselu replaces him.

There's also an emotional departure for Toni Kroos, who's played his last game of club football. He salutes the crowd, who give him a huge send-off. Modric is on for his midfield partner.

  • Dortmund 0-2 Real Madrid - VINICIUS JR

83: Real Madrid are winners of the 2024 Champions League! It's going to be their 15th title with Vinicius Jr doubling their advantage.

Borussia Dortmund are all over the place. Maatsen passes the ball across his backline only for it to fall to the feet of Jude Bellingham, who knocks it wide for the Brazilian Vinicius Jr to fire across Kobel and into the net.

  • Dortmund 0-1 Real Madrid

82: Real Madrid are really ticking now. Camavinga, who's never scored in the Champions League, unleashes a phenomenal effort from distance and there's Kobel with a great save at full stretch.

We've not seen anything from Dortmund since Carvajal's opener.

  • Dortmund 0-1 Real Madrid

80: Referee Slavko Vincic books Mats Hummels and the Spanish outfit have themselves a free-kick in a central position about 20 yards out.

Toni Kross is standing over it… parried wide by goalkeeper Kobel. Probably one for the cameras that.

Malen and Haller are on. Can and Brandt head off. Attacking changes, obviously.

  • Dortmund 0-1 Real Madrid

78: That should have been game, set and match with Jude Bellingham on the scoresheet. Camavinga's cross falls to the feet of the young England star, who directs it wide via an incredible Schlotterbeck deflection.
