ANTHONY JOSHUA has blasted "BS talker" rival Tyson Fury after he called him a "poor man's Frank Bruno".

Eccentric fighter Fury seems to love scrapping on Twitter more than when he was in the ring, having not fought since his ban last year for doping offences.

And he has decided to pick on IBF heavyweight champion AJ as he prepares for his showdown clash with Wladimir Klitschko later this month.

Earlier today, Fury tweeted that Joshua is a poor man's Frank Bruno, alongside a picture of the great British fighter of yesteryear.

And an irate Joshua soon replied: "Typical Tyson Fury always tlking BS around fight time. Same offer as last time. X2 ringside tickets dn't bring a plus 1 it's for ur fat ass."

Fury is in no shape to get back into the ring ahead of his rumoured summer return, while AJ is bidding to go some way to trying to equal Fury's efforts if he beats Klitschko.

The 28-year-old beat Klitschko himself in November 2015, becoming linear world champion before being stripped of his belts having been banned.

The offer of ringside seats for his fight could be beneficial, with the two rumoured to be potentially fighting each other some way down the line, if Fury returns to the sport.

Bruno himself even got in on the act to calm thing down, replying to both: "I reckon you boys should just save it for the ring...let the *fist emoji* do the talking."

Joshua has been known for his cool persona, which was broken after his angry response after Fury clearly wound him up a bit too much.

And if Joshua can bypass Klitschko, and Fury sheds the excess weight and returns to boxing, a domestic fight - one of the biggest bouts ever - could be on the cards where they can settle their differences once and for all.
