ARSENAL are the CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE as Stina Blackstenius scored the only goal to STUN Euro giants Barcelona!
Barcelona were the heavy favourites having won three of the last four Champions League titles and being on for a treble this season.
But Renee Slegers' side ended an 18-YEAR wait for an English team to win Europe's top prize.
Barcelona had hit the bar and were piling on the pressure but super sub Blackstenius slotted home to see Arsenal bring the trophy back to London.

75 - Said Pajor effort would be restarted quickly by the Gunners as they took the ball up the pitch in a hurry and won a corner via Blackstenius labour.
Although the corner was first rejected, the Gunners managed to hold it. Mead curled a beautiful ball past Coll after popping it through to Blackstenius. The keeper remains still.

She carelessly plays a pass which is nicked and results in another barrage of pressure.

Well set for second-half thriller
Pretty entertaining stuff so far- with Paredes having an own-goal opener for Arsenal ruled out by a tight offside call.
Apart from that, Barcelona have had most of the few clear chances - and slightly the better of a tactical game.
But Williamson has been excellent in the middle of Arsenal's defence.
And Gunners attacker Maanum has been a regular menace when given the opportunity in the final third of the box.

That Gunners' corner came to nothing - but as we approached time added on in the first period Arsenal appear to have calmed Barca's assertive spell.
It came after Barca's Caroline Graham Hansen flung her arms up demanding a penalty for handball.
But referee Ivana Martincic and VAR Tiago Martins showed no interest.
And 0-0 at the break was about right.

Once more Williamson had to cut out a testing through-pass - this time after Arsenal gave the ball away far too cheaply in the middle of their own half.
But the Gunners broke immediately for Foord to earn a corner.

Barca have been probing persistently, but the Gunners are shielding keeper Van Domselaar pretty well, if frantically at times.
