Usain Bolt shows off crazy dance moves while warming up for 100m heat at World Athletics Championships

Jamaican Sprint legend to run in heats later this evening

USAIN BOLT showed the London crowd his crazy dance moves as he prepared for the 100m heat at the World Athletics Championships.

The Jamaican legend is set to retire after this meeting, as he hopes to put a cherry on top of the greatest sprint career ever.

Bolt, 30, will go for a TWELFTH World Championship gold at the London Stadium on Saturday night - providing he gets through tonight's heats.

And Bolt looked in relaxed mood as counted down the final couple of hours ahead of the race.

As his fellow athletes stretched and strained ahead of their events, Bolt was a picture of calm.

The giant sprinter, with his headphones in, went through a bit of a dance routine as he walked around the field.

Bolt said earlier this week that he refuses to become overwhelmed by emotion, despite this being his last race.

He said: "I can't approach it any different. It's just a championship, I have to come out here and look at it and deal with it like a championship so I'm just really focused, I've been training hard and I'm ready to go.

"For me, I'm always confident. I go there to win at all times. I'm always ready to go, I'm looking forward to the competition so for me that's it. I'm just going out there to win this Saturday."

Bolt is, of course, the heavy favourite to win the 100metres gold - especially after No 1 rival Andre De Grasse pulled out of the competition with a hamstring injury.

Larger-than-life Bolt is not competing in the 200m this year, but will be in the 4x100m on Sunday.
