The Open 2018: Justin Rose’s blistering third-round 64 at Carnoustie was guided by special laser
Englishman stormed up leaderboard with record bogey-free score and incredible putting was down in part to £129 laser aid

JUSTIN ROSE'S incredible surge up the Open leaderboard was guided by a special laser.
Englishman Rose needed just 25 putts during a blistering seven-under 64 at Carnoustie.
He now has an outside chance to win the Claret Jug after birdieing the 18th on Friday just to make the cut on the number.
And after his third round Rose headed straight to the putting green to make use of his secret weapon once more.
Rose works with putting specialist Phil Kenyon, and it was short-stick guru Kenyon who fired out the laser to show Rose where he was aiming his putter.
The £129 Visio Laser - which sends out a bright green light - tells a player if the clubface is pointing to the left or right of the hole.

And despite being a small piece of kit, it boasts the most powerful output allowed for commercial use.
No wonder 2013 US Open champion Rose was buzzing after his round - the joint lowest ever shot on this course in an Open.
And he was licking his lips at the prospect of putting his feet up before the final 18 holes.
Asked how he would kill time until tomorrow, Rose said: "Cup of tea, a bit of lunch. I've practiced hard this week. I'm not sure another day on the range is
going to do me any good.
"So I might take this opportunity, which I have and the leaders don't, to really rest up.
"Obviously, the benefit of playing this morning is I get to recover a bit quicker than they do going into tomorrow. So I'm going to take advantage of that."
