The Arsenal legend took over at Monaco in October following the departure of Leonardo Jardim, who had managed to win only one Ligue 1 match this season.

But Henry has not had much more luck than his predecessor, having lost six of his nine games in charge at Stade Louis.

And now the Frenchman has to struggle with a massive injury crisis as he had 14 players unavailable for the Tuesday clash with Amiens.

A World Cup finalist Danijel Subasic and ex-Man City striker Stevan Jovetic were among the injured, alongside suspended Russian wonderkid Aleksandr Golovin.

Monaco have already crashed out of the Champions League group stage following their 4-0 defeat to Club Brugge.

Henry and his players have also been confronted by furious fans who set off a flare and tried to enter the pitch after the 1-0 loss to Reims last month.

The ex-Arsenal man then accused his players of "lack of desire" following the poor result.

The French champions from the 2016/17 season were also humiliated by Paris Saint-Germain who battered Henry's side 4-0 in November.

Arsene Wenger has backed his former player to succeed at Monaco and called on the club to give the legendary striker more time to turn things around.

However, rumours have spread about the possibility of Wenger joining Henry at Monaco before the end of the season - if he avoids being sacked.
