Anthony Joshua shows off incredible physique in training ahead of Joseph Parker showdown

Heavyweight champ looked in prime shape to add the WBO title to his expanding collection in March

ANTHONY JOSHUA looks in prime shape to continue his undefeated record against Joseph Parker.

The heavyweight world champion showed off his incredible physique on Instagram as he trains for his bout on March 31.

Lifting a medicine ball above his head with his muscles bulging, Joshua captioned the photo: "Everything we go through is a test of times."

And the 28-year-old looked more than ready for the test to win yet another belt against the New Zealander.

Joshua will head into the clash in a bid to defend his IBF, IBO and WBA belts.

But he knows he can own the lot if he beats Parker to add the WBO heavyweight title to his collection.

It is no wonder Joshua is looking so ripped after a gruelling training period using ropes and even chains.

His opponent Parker, 26, also heads to the Principality Stadium undefeated.

Anthony Joshua hits the streets to train with his cousin ahead of Joseph Parker fight

The orthodox boxer has won each of his last 24 fights but he knows taking on Joshua is a completely different kettle of fish.

Parker hasn't fought since last September when he controversially beat Hughie Fury on points.
