Crystal Palace fans launch paper missiles at Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel

CRYSTAL PALACE fans launched paper missiles at Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel during the Foxes' visit to Selhurst Park.
The Danish stopper was spotted laughing with fans at first but referee Paul Tierney eventually intervened as Schmeichel became annoyed and started hurling the objects back towards the crowd.
The objects were thrown from the Holmesdale End as Schmeichel was preparing to take a goal-kick.
Initially seeing the funny side, the 32-year-old kicked the first missile back toward the crowd before things got a bit too much.
After the first one was returned, a barrage of missiles continued to be flung in Schmeichel's direction which started to annoy the stopper.
As he attempted to clear his penalty box, fans cheered as the Dane tried to clear all the items.
The referee eventually got involved pulling Schmeichel away as he complained to the whistler.
