Inter will NOT make Alexis Sanchez transfer permanent unless Man Utd slash asking price and Chilean improves

MANCHESTER UNITED are set to be lumbered with Alexis Sanchez again next season unless Inter Milan change their mind on buying the forward.
Inter signed Sanchez on loan late in the summer transfer window after it became apparent he was not in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's plans.
But his return to Serie A has not gone to plan, scoring just one goal in 13 games.
Sanchez has had fitness issues and has started just two matches for the Serie A title chasers.
And report that a lot has to change before Inter make a permanent offer.
Antonio Conte's team are demanding improved performances before submitting a bid.
But the Italians are also aware that United won't budge from their high price tag on Sanchez.
Coach Solskjaer has spoken of his plan to bring the player back to Manchester in the summer.
The Norwegian stated last month: "Alexis will come back in the summer and prove you all wrong."
A mega bid for Inter might be able to change his mind on that front but, with that seemingly not forthcoming, Sanchez may soon get his second chance at Old Trafford.

With 45 appearances under his belt for the Red Devils, the winger boasts a paltry record of five goals and nine assists.
Yet he could have been an ideal reinforcement for Solskjaer's team had he not left, given Marcus Rashford's injury and United's struggles in attack this season.
Until he heads back to England, Sanchez will hope to come out on top in an enthralling Serie A title battle and Inter sit six points off Juventus with a game in hand.
