Jose Mourinho appoints Tommy Moller Nielsen as Man United beef up scouting network
Old Trafford boss set to take on more than 15 new scouts with top European youngsters their main targets

JOSE MOURINHO has begun his review of the Manchester United scouting department.
Ex-Rangers coach Tommy Moller Nielsen - a Dane who also spent a year at Aberdeen - has signed up to become the new manager's eyes and ears in Scandinavia.
Nielsen, 54, said: "I am a coach and wanted to coach again, but it is a very exciting and interesting job, I need to start.
"I get to work with football at the highest level and I am very pleased."
Nielsen has worked for Everton, West Bromwich, Bolton and Nottingham Forest and will scour the region predominantly for youngsters.
He has coached under Sir Alex Ferguson’s friend Walter Smith at Ibrox as well as Dick Advocaat, and his first Neilsen mission is to spot new potential new United players at the Rio Olympics.
United are expected to make more than 15 new appointments on the scouting side ordered by executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward.
