Ashley Cole backs Arsene Wenger for the England job as Three Lions whizkids need to be nurtured ahead of World Cup

ASHLEY COLE reckons Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could unleash the potential in England's Euro 2016 flops if given the job.
Front runners Sam Allardyce and Steve Bruce have already spoken to the FA as they look for Roy Hodgson's successor following a dismal showing in France.
Hodgson's young Three Lions were mauled by fans after crashing out of the tournament with a 2-1 last-16 defeat to Iceland.
And former Gunners star Cole, 35, believes Wenger's skill at nurturing young talent makes the 66-year-old the man to restore pride in the national team.
The LA Galaxy defender said: "I think now they'll push on now and get their heads up now that they've added a tournament to their CV.
"But going forward I don't know. Do you go for a foreign manager, do you stick with an English manager?
