JOSE Mourinho has hired ex-Arsenal scout Sandro Orlandelli, according to reports in Brazil.
The United chief has shaken up the backroom staff at Old Trafford since his arrival this summer.
Orlandelli had been working at the Brazilian Football Federation, but left his role before the Rio Olympics.
It is not known where he will be based for United, but he previously scouted throughout South America for Arsenal.
Orlandelli gained experience working Atletico Paranaense’s football director and previously scouted for Santos.
