DEJAN KULUSEVSKI wears the No44 shirt - in a bizarre homage to his 'idol' Adnan Januzaj.
The new Tottenham signing sealed his switch to North London on deadline day.
He has joined on an initial 18-month loan from Juventus with an obligation to buy in summer 2023 for £29million.
Kulusevski may have to wait to get his favourite No44 jersey, though.
That is because 17-year-old striker Dane Scarlett currently owns the number.
Spurs' new 20-cap Swedish winger, 21, chose No44 at Parma and Juventus because he was mesmorised by former Manchester United star Januzaj.
As a teenager, he watched the now-Real Sociedad and Belgium midfielder when he played a friendly in Sweden.
Kulusevski appreciated the Belgian's fearless approach to football and aimed to incorpoate it into his own game.

But it is another Belgian Kulusevski models his style on.
He told Sky Italia: "I study Kevin De Bruyne a lot because he is a phenomenal player and because I want to become like him.
“It depends on the team, on the game. For how we play in Parma, the coach has found the perfect position for me — as a winger.
"When I was in the Primavera of Atalanta, on the other hand, I played more in the centre because the action had to start from behind.
“My perfect role? Behind the strikers. When I play, I don’t think about goals or assists.
"With the ball, I think always attacking, to the fact that the defenders have to know who they are dealing with. Having said that, I need to improve in shooting more often and also in scoring more.”
Kulusevski's transfer was announced minutes after Rodrigo Bentancur completed his £20m switch from the Old Lady to the Lilywhites.
