Claudio Ranieri's Foxes were already 4-0 down by that point - and Vardy's replacement Demarai Gray scored a consolation screamer.

But the Italian should include Kasper Schmeichel after the Dane got through training at Belvoir Drive - although the management say they will make a late call on his fitness.

Ron-Robert Zieler played in the 4-1 defeat at Old Trafford, but Ranieri has a full-strength first team to choose from.

Nempalys Mendy is a doubt following a twisted ankle at training, while Matty James remains out with a long-term ankle problem.

Meanwhile Ranieri has promised Islam Slimani WILL play against Porto, after starring against them in the Portuguese Primera Liga during his stint at Sporting Lisbon.

The Foxes boss has been quizzing the Algerian on his knowledge of Sporting Lisbon's rivals ahead of the tie.
