But the 27-year-old is yet to shine for Jose Mourinho so far, starting just one league match and picking up a string of injuries to boot, and reports claim The Special One is ready to cash in.
Mkhitaryan has now fully recovered from his setbacks but still can’t force a way into his manager’s plans.
The likes of Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata and Marcus Rashford have all been preferred on the flanks, and fans are wondering if their new man will ever get a chance to shine following United’s poor run of results.
