Barcelona keeper Marc Andre ter Stegen opens up about Claudio Bravo’s switch to Manchester City
Shotstopper admits 'it would have been difficult to continue another year' of rotation between the Nou Camp sticks

BARCELONA goalkeeper Marc Andre ter Stegen believes Claudio Bravo’s move to Manchester City was “the best” for all involved.
The La Liga giants rotated their shotstoppers last season, with the former starting cup matches and the latter playing in the league.
Things came to head this summer when Man City boss Pep Guardiola returned to his former club to snap up Bravo.

And Ter Stegen has admitted his relief that the chopping and changing has come to an end and he is now the established No1.
The German was in Manchester on Tuesday as Barca were thumped 3-1 at the Etihad in the Champions League.

After the setback, he opened up about his relationship with his former Chilean team-mate and keeper rival.
Ter Stegen told the ‘Tu Diras’ radio show: "It would have been difficult to continue another year with Bravo.
"It [his move to City] was what was best for the two of us.
"The relationship between us has always been a good one, very professional and loyal."
The 24-year-old missed out on a reunion with Bravo this week as the Citizens man was suspended after being sent off on his return to the Barcelona's Nou Camp a fortnight ago.
