SANTI CAZORLA will travel to Sweden as the Arsenal star requires an operation on chronic ankle problem - ruling him out for three months.
The Gunners have assessed the Spain international's right foot and he now requires surgery to his plantaris tendon, meaning he will be out for Christmas.
The 31-year-old picked up the injury during Arsenal's 6-0 thrashing over Ludogorets in the Champions League at the Emirates.

Cazorla joins Danny Welbeck, Per Mertesacker, Chuba Akpom, Hector Bellerin, Mathieu Debuchy and Olivier Giroud on the treatment table at Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger will hope that another promising season is not marred by injuries.
The Gunners are currently fourth in the Premier League and are just a three points off league leaders Manchester City.
Whilst Wenger's side have also been a dominant force in Europe as they are joint top with Paris Saint-Germain in Group A in the Champions League with 11 points.
