RB LEIPZIG coach Ralph Hasenhuttl has sensationally confirmed he is in line to replace Arsene Wenger as Arsenal manager.
Earlier this week, we reported the Austrian chief, 49, may well be the man to replace the Frenchman after 20 years at the Gunners come the end of the season.
Speaking in his latest press conference, Hasenhuttl referred to our exclusive as 'a well-researched story', all but confirming the north London club have indeed made contact.

"It's not damaging my reputation, is it?
"We don't have to put too much thought into [the Arsenal job]. I have found my luck here."
Hasenhuttl has gained plenty of new fans this year as he has guided his unbeaten underdogs to the top of the Bundesliga table, ahead of giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
Leipzig currently have 30 points from their 12 games, including nine wins, while Carlo Ancelotti's Bayern are three points back.
Hasenhuttl only joined Leipzig in the summer, having left Ingolstadt - the club he led from Bundesliga 2 to the top flight.
However he is now the man set to replace Wenger at the Arsenal helm as and when he calls time, with this summer looking a very real possibility after more than two decades at the club.
RB Leipzig next take on Schalke in the Bundesliga on Saturday as they look to 'do a Leicester' and win the league as genuine underdogs.
However, Hasenhuttl is remaining guarded, saying: "Bayern are the favourites to win the league."
