EVERTON kid Tom Davies is close to signing a new long-term deal at Goodison Park.
The teenager has established himself as a regular starter this season is expected to pen a new five-year deal as a reward for his rapid rise in recent months.
The Daily Telegraph report negotiations between the club and his representatives have concluded, with Davies putting pen to paper after Saturday Merseyside Derby at Anfield.

Liverpool-born Davies is a product of Everton’s academy, and his skill and all action style has made him a firm favourite with the Toffees faithful.

The youngster has been excellent this season, and his form has kept out experienced duo Gareth Barry and James McCarthy in some games.
The 18-year-old has made 18 Premier League appearances and his only goal was in the 4-0 home win against Manchester City.
Meanwhile, Koeman’s feud with the Republic of Ireland has intensified with the Everton manager accusing Martin O’Neill of failing to protect midfielder James McCarthy.
The Toffees boss read out pre-prepared notes when asked about the 26-year-old, who is injured again after sustaining a hamstring injury in the warm up before the World Cup qualifying draw with Wales.
Koeman said:“James had an injury when he reported for Ireland duty last week. Our medical team made the Ireland medical team aware of this, of course."
“Everton’s medical team advised extreme caution, not only due to the current injury but due to previous injuries, too.
