Roy Hodgson lands new job as advisory role in Australia’s A-League with Melbourne City
Former England manager has been out of work since Three Lions' disastrous Euro 2016 campaign

ROY HODGSON has taken up an advisory role in Australia's A-League.
The former England manager will assist Melbourne City.
City are without a permanent head-coach but Hodgson, 69, is not under consideration to take over.
Instead, the ex-Inter Milan, Liverpool and West Brom boss will work with the club's coaches and share his experience.
Brian Marwood, City Football Group executive, said: "That's why it's so good being a part of this group, the City Football Group.
"It's great when you get football people together. A ten-minute conversation [today] ended up being one hour. We're so lucky to have him here . . . he's a man with a wealth of experience that can help."
Hodgson is expected to stay at the club, which shares the same owners as Manchester City and New York City, for a month.
He will watch Friday's match against Adelaide United from the stands.
His last job in management ended in a disastrous Euro 2016 campaign with England.
Hodgson spent four years as Three Lions boss, in which the nation was knocked out in the 2014 World Cup group stage, and defeated by Iceland in the knockout round last summer.
The Surrey-born coach has managed all over the world, most notably at Switzerland, Inter, Blackburn, Fulham, Liverpool, West Brom and even the UAE.
