Essex outfit charged to Ryman League Cup final win 8-3 after an inspiring rendition of 'The World's Greatest' before kick-off

JAMIE O'HARA inspired Billericay Town to cup glory... after singing a cringeworthy rendition of R. Kelly during the pre-game team-talk.
Ahead of the Essex outfit's Ryman League Cup final showdown with Tonbridge Angels on Wednesday night, club boss - and owner - Glenn Tamplin ordered his stars to belt out 'The World's Greatest'.
And it clearly worked, as Billericay Town - who also boast Paul Konchesky on the books - won 8-3 to take home the trophy.
It was O'Hara who led the singing most passionately too, with eyes closed and head bowed, he blared out the R. Kelly classic to set the tone.
The former Tottenham midfielder and Celebrity Big Brother star only signed for the seventh tier club last month.
O'Hara has now already helped the club - who is partially owned by The Only Way Is Essex star Mark Wright - to their first piece of silverware.
Following the sing-song ahead of kick-off, Tamplin fired off an expletive-filled, passionate talk of his own.
He finished off his outburst by screaming out "Who are we?" with players responding on cue with "Billericay!"
