ATLETICO MADRID have made Manchester City target Fabinho their No.1 summer transfer objective, according to reports in Spain.
The Rojiblancos are still waiting on the outcome over the appeal over a transfer ban imposed on the club by Fifa for breaking regulations on signing youth players.
Should they have the suspension lifted, report Monaco’s £25million-rated Brazilian midfielder will be the first player Diego Simeone makes a move for.
Fabinho, 23, actually started his professional career at Atletico’s rivals, Real Madrid — making his debut in 2012.

At the Bernabeu, he played predominantly as a right-back.
