ARSENAL'S hopes of keeping hold of Alexis Sanchez have received a huge boost after Bayern Munich have turned their attention to Atletico Madrid star Yannick Carrasco.
The Bundesliga champions were heavily linked with a move for the Chilean star but it appears as though they are targeting Carrasco instead.
According to , Bayern are set to launch a bid worth £44million for the 23-year-old.
Carrasco has grown into a key player at the Vicente Calderon since joining from Monaco in 2015 and now Bayern are showing huge interest.
But it will be hard for the German giants to secure a move following Atletico Madrid's transfer ban.
The transfer ban also seen Manchester United pull out of a move for star striker Antoine Griezmann.
