Conte is under contract at Stamford Bridge until June 2019 but could leave at the end of this season, with the Blues already eyeing up suitable candidates.
Conte was asked about Chelsea's mooted move for Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri but says his only priority is ensuring his side finish in the top four.
He said: "I think this is not my job to answer this type of question.
"I think my job is to work with these players and try and finish this season as strongly as possible for us.
"As you know very well, the speculation, there are always speculations around our position.
"This is not only for me, but I think for a lot of coaches.
"This is our job. For us, for me, the most important thing now is to be focused on Chelsea and to try to improve, to improve this season and finish in the best possible way.
