FOOTBALL fans invaded the pitch as the final whistle sounded in the Champions League semi-final first leg between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid.
Bayern winger Franck Ribery was forced to fight off one shirtless lad before stewards rushed in and pinned him to the ground.
The French winger had his shirt practically ripped off him by the boisterous supporter - maybe he decided he was too cold after ripping his off earlier.
Another made a desperate attempt to reach former Bayern star Toni Kroos.
One bearded man even managed to get a selfie with Real Madrid's players - including Marcelo, Sergio Ramos and Kroos - before he was apprehended by security.
He did, however, seem to keep hold of his mobile phone with that treasured snap on it.
The scenes were worrying however, as stewards failed to act quick enough to prevent the fans climbing from the stands and onto the pitch.
Cristiano Ronaldo, as expected, was the object of one fan's attentions, and he and Marcelo seemed shocked at the ease at which they were approached.
That fan then continued to dance around the feeble stewards' attentions before finally he was grabbed and escorted off.
It was the visitors from Spain who secured a 2-1 away win in the Champions League semi-final first leg.
Joshua Kimmich’s opening goal was cancelled out by a cracking effort from Marcelo before substitute Marco Asensio put his team in total command.
By his sky-high standards, Cristiano Ronaldo did not have the best of game but maybe he was merely saving himself to try and outshine a certain Egyptian striker next month.
