Liverpool hope to cash in on Alberto Moreno in January with left-back keen on Sevilla return

LIVERPOOL outcast Alberto Moreno is being linked with a return to Sevilla, according to reports.
The Spaniard is now a distant second-choice behind Scotland left-back Andrew Robertson at Anfield.
And reports in Spain say the Reds have contacted Sevilla over offloading Moreno in January.
The 26-year-old, whose contract runs out in the summer, joined Liverpool in 2014 straight after winning the Europa League with his hometown club.
But his time at Anfield has been hit by injuries and, more recently, the arrival of super-solid Robertson.
Moreno also knows that England starlet Joe Gomez, 21, is just as comfortable on the left of Liverpool's defence as he is in the centre.
suggest Sevilla are keen on a New Year deal but would also consider June when he is available on a free transfer.
Just last month, Barcelona were reportedly mulling over a move for Moreno as back-up to Spain's first-choice left-back, Jordi Alba.
Moreno, capped four times, will surely regard this as a key season.
He battled back to fitness last term, in time for the Champions League final against Real Madrid.
But he was an unused substitute as Real won 3-1 in Kiev.
And this campaign he has largely been sidelined, save for the 2-1 EFL Cup exit against Chelsea and a 4-1 Premier League win over Cardiff, both at Anfield.
Meanwhile, 18-year-old Adam Lewis, a a versatile left-sided player, has also shot up the pecking order as Reds boss Jurgen Klopp looks to ease out some of his more experienced fringe players.
