Arsenal plot £25m transfer bid for Celtic starlet Kieran Tierney after two-year scouting mission
The Gunners are prepared to meet Celtic's valuation for the left-back after keeping close eye on him

ARSENAL are plotting a sensational £25million summer raid on Celtic for Kieran Tierney.
SunSport understands they have been tracking the 21-year-old for two years and are convinced he has what it takes to take the English Premier League by storm.
Everton were also extremely keen on the Scotland star last summer and looked set to swoop - until the club hierarchy dramatically baulked at his price tag at the eleventh hour.
Now the Gunners are stepping up their interest.
It's understood they don't have a problem with Tierney's valuation.
If met, it would easily shatter Celtic's current record sale which stands at £20m following Moussa Dembele's move to Lyon.
