Alexis Sanchez labelled ‘worst transfer of all time’ as Gary Neville says there’s ‘nothing left’ in £505k-a-week Man Utd flop
The Red Devils saw their Champions League hopes end with Sanchez failing to impress despite starting the match

ALEXIS SANCHEZ was hammered by Manchester United fans after the Chilean continued his poor form in the 1-1 draw at Huddersfield Town.
United's hopes of qualifying for the Champions League went up in smoke at The John Smith's Stadium thanks to a limp attacking performance, spearheaded by Sanchez.
The former Arsenal man failed to take a shot at goal in a quiet outing before manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer subbed him off for youngster Tahith Chong after just 54 minutes.
His exit came amid an injury scare, meaning he could have played his final game for the club if Solskjaer can find a buyer for him this summer.
And Red Devils supporters took aim at Sanchez, who has become symbolic of the club's issues.
"Alexis Sanchez, worst signing in Manchester United history, worst No 7 of all time," one irate fan, Michael, tweeted. "Must go at all cost."
Another, James, posted: "Alexis Sanchez is the worst transfer in the history of football.
"Nothing comes close. Absolute insanity."
Signing in January of last year, the winger technically didn't command a transfer fee as Henrikh Mkhitaryan went to Arsenal in a swap deal.
However that led to United agreeing a £505,000-per-week contract that Sanchez certainly hasn't repaid, scoring just three league goals for the club.
Ex-player Gary Neville tore into him as Huddersfield came from a goal down to secure the draw, saying on Sky Sports: "The depths of despair for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Manchester United is how [Sanchez] has performed since he came to the club.
"It’s an absolute mystery. I don’t know if anyone can put any science or sense behind what has happened to him.
"It’s as if one the most tenacious football player you will ever see with and without the ball has lost absolutely everything.
"That’s from confidence, to his energy, to his legs, to his dribbling abilities, to his goals.
