YANNICK CARRASCO is now 1/10 to become Unai Emery's first Arsenal summer signing of 2019.
The former Atletico Madrid and Monaco winger will leave Dalian Yifang after making clear he wants to quit China.
The Gunners boss missed out on a January move for Carrasco as he looks to fill the gap from Aaron Ramsey's free transfer departure to Juventus.
Belgium international Carrasco, 25, has hit 11 goals in 31 games for the Blue Hawks after joining in 2018.
Labrokes now have the former Monaco and Atletico Madrid man odds-on to move to the Emirates.
Carrasco : "There is now an offer on the table and the negotiations with my agent are progressing well.
“All the people know England is one of the best championships in the world, it’s a big competition."
Carrasco broke through the ranks at Monaco in 2012 and joined Atletico for around £17m in 2015 after an impressive season when he ironically scored one of the goals which saw the French outfit knock Arsenal out of the Champions League.

He went on to score against Madrid's city rivals Real in the 2016 Champions League final, when Los Blancos fought back to overcome their neighbours in a penalty shootout.
The winger has been told he can leave China.
He said: “The adjustment for my family was also difficult over there - my wish now is to return."
