Arsenal’s £43m double swoop for Andersen and Praet rejected as Sampdoria hold out for extra £6m

ARSENAL'S £43million raid for Samdoria duo Joachim Andersen and Dennis Praet has been rejected, according to reports.
Gunners boss Unai Emery is aiming to strengthen his spine and has targeted the Serie A stars.
But La Gazzetta dello Sport insists the Gunners will have to fork out an extra £6m to land their men.
Centre-back Andersen, 23, is a reliable performer at the heart of defence - a key position Arsenal need to sort out.
While Praet, 25, has made a name for himself in central midfield and may get a shot at a bigger club.
Arsenal are operating on a shoestring budget this summer but have a number of targets in mind.
As well as Praet and Anderson, the Gunners have been strongly linked with wantaway Dalian Yifang ace Yannick Carrasco.
