Chelsea star Callum Hudson-Odoi reveals his joy at returning for the Under-23s after injury hell

CALLUM HUDSON-ODOI was over the moon to make his return to action for Chelsea Under-23s.
The England starlet has been out injured since rupturing his Achilles back in April.
Yet, he came through the clash against Brighton in the Premier League 2 at Stamford Bridge unscathed, with Chelsea fans also delighted to see the academy product fit again.
Hudson-Odoi tweeted after the game: "Feels good to be back with on the pitch!! Also good to get 60 minutes, to get an assist and a win."
The 18-year-old winger has been absent since going off against Burnley five months ago - but set up full-back Henry Lawrence for the opener in 2-1 win.
Reece James was also involved in the build-up to the goal, as he played 45 minutes on his return to action following an ankle injury.

But it is his teammate Hudson-Odoi that has fans most excited.
One supporter tweeted: "Our best winger. Can't wait to see you light up the Premier League."
Meanwhile, another said: "I missed those adorable "tackle attempts" on you. Great seeing you back out there, Cal."
And even England's official Twitter account got in on the act, responding: "Great to see you back out there, Callum."
While a fourth added: "We've missed you, announce that you've signed the contract already."

Hudson-Odoi had been a target for German champions Bayern Munich for much of last season, prior to his injury.
The Bundesliga giants were even willing to sign the winger while he was injured, only for Chelsea to reveal he was not for sale.
But the England teenage sensation is expected to sign a new long-term deal that would see him earn an incredible £180,000 a week.
