Arsenal transfer news: Arsene Wenger plots £15m move for West Brom’s Jonny Evans

ARSENE WENGER is plotting to bid £15million for West Brom's Jonny Evans.

The Arsenal boss - who admitted he was scared at the amount big clubs were spending this summer - wants to splash the cash on extra defensive cover.
