Crystal Palace will pay new boss Sam Allardyce £4 million if they remain in the Premier League
The Eagles plan to reward boss Sam Allardyce £4 million if he keeps Palace up this season, double what he received for keeping Sunderland up last season

SAM ALLARDYCE will pocket another £4 million at the end of 2017 if his new team avoid relegation.
The recently sacked England Manager agreed a deal on Friday that will keep him at Palace until the end of 2018/19 season.
The deal is worth £2.5m per year in wages and similar to the £2m Tony Pulis received for avoiding relegation with Palace in 2014 Allardyce will net a seven figure bonus should he avoid the drop.
The appointment of the experienced manager is his latest lucrative job. He earned £1.5m for six months’ work at Sunderland, plus an estimated £2m bonus for keeping the club in the Premier League.

As well as this he took home £650,000 for his 67-day tenure as the England boss, plus a £1m pay-off after being sacked after he discussed how to circumvent the FA's third- party ownership regulations with undercover reporters.
Chairman Steve Parish said: ‘We are delighted to make an appointment so quickly and fortunate someone of Sam’s calibre was available.’
Allardyce added 'I’m here to complete talks with Steve and if everything goes all right, then it should be OK. It’s been a bit of a rush. It’s a fantastic club.’
Allardyce will be given funds to strengthen the squad in January, but after spending £60m in the summer, Palace wont spend big. Allardyce is prioritising a left back and cover for Christian Benteke up front after Connor Wickham was ruled out for the season.
Crystal Palace have lost six of their last seven games, winning only one.
They currently sit 1 point of the drop zone with only three wins in seventeen matches and after the clubs big spending in the summer, the board saw fit to sack Alan Pardew this Christmas period.
Palace take on Watford this Boxing day and Allardyce will be in the dugout, Sammy Lee is expected to join his backroom staff.
