Royal Ascot 2017 – Tony Bloom’s Librisa Breeze set for a run in the Diamond Jubilee Stakes for trainer Dean Ivory

The five-year-old, owned by Brighton and Hove Albion chairman Tony Bloom, has not been seen since last October when finishing sixth in the Champions Sprint at Ascot

DEAN IVORY reports Librisa Breeze to be on track for a crack at the Diamond Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot.

The Tony Bloom-owned five-year-old has not been seen since finishing sixth in the Champions Sprint at Ascot in October.

Ivory said: "The plan is to go for the Diamond Jubilee Stakes.

"I've just given him plenty of time off. It is a long season and I've not been in a hurry with the horse as he is better later in the season. I am nice and relaxed about it.

"He is a horse that has always shown quite a lot at home but you never know quite how well they are until they get to the racetrack.

"If we miss it (Royal Ascot), we miss it, as it is still very early in the season, but it's still the plan to run there at the moment."
