Royal Ascot 2017 – Ryan Moore wins the Ascot Stakes on Thomas Hobson
Thomas Hobson was held up right at the back but Moore kept it cool to deliver him with a late challenge as the pair drew clear from Endless Acres in second

RYAN MOORE produced Thomas Hobson with a late run to snatch glory in the Ascot Stakes.
Moore held Willie Mullins' Thomas Hobson up at the rear of the field and he looked to have plenty of work to do.
But super-cool Moore never panicked and weaved his way through the field to run out an emphatic winner of the marathon contest.
Endless Acres came home second with the Alan King pair of Who Dares Wins and Rainbow Dreamer third and fourth respectively.
Mullins said: "Ryan was just super on him, wasn't he? He obviously had a clock working in his head today. It's fantastic.

"I think we'd like to go to Melbourne (Cup) with him, that's the end game. To have a winner at a Festival like this is magic, as good as Cheltenham any day of the week."
Moore said: "They went a strong pace and I just let him warm into it.
"I was always confident I was going to pick them up and through Swinley Bottom I could see them slowing down and I just wanted a clear run.
"He's won very easily, like all Willie's horses when they come here and you know they are going to stay."
