She took a step forward from that form on her first outing over today’s mile last month. That was a good race and she managed to win comfortably despite meeting trouble in running.
She was held up before making her challenge late on and having to switch a couple of times.
By the line she was going away from her rivals so a 4lb rise in the weights looks fair enough. It’s interesting to see Ryan Moore taking the ride here and that can only be another plus.

Looking for dangers, Ortiz looks the one to give her the most to do. She won well on the all-weather in August before a disappointing effort back on turf last time out.
Her finest hour so far came when finishing second in the Sandringham Stakes at Royal Ascot so she has a touch of class.
EXTREME FORCE has been knocking on the door and can land a deserved first win in Newmarket’s 5.30.
He showed promise in three maidens before a good start to his handicapping career at Goodwood last time out.

LEFT IT BEHIND: ARTISTIC LANGUAGE (3.10 Newmarket) was backed from 25-1 into 11-1 before finishing second last time. Keep an eye out for a market move today.
IN-FORM: Oliver Sherwood has an 80% win strike-rate in the past 14 days. He runs CAPTAIN PEACOCK in the 4.10 at Worcester today.
FAVOURITE FACTOR: PEPPAY LE PUGH (2.25 Worcester), G FOR GINGER (2.50 Fontwell), MACHELL PLACE (3.45 Newmarket), THE BOTTOM BAR (4.10 Worcester), GUARDIOLA (4.50 Chelmsford) and OSCAR ROSE (5.20 Worcester) were all beaten favourite on their past TWO runs.
It took a good effort to beat him and there was a good distance back to the third horse home. He showed a decent turn of foot but the winner had got away.
The handicapper hasn’t had a chance to shunt him up the weights and Sir Michael Stoute looks to have found a good opportunity for him to land a nursery.
Al Fajir Mukbile looks the main threat after taking a step forward on his handicap debut at Redcar last time. He’s another who has been left alone by the handicapper and he’ll try to nick this from the front.
NEW MILLENNIUM (2.15 Fontwell) looks one of the day’s best bets over the sticks.
He has been knocking on the door off this sort of mark with a host of placed efforts at Newton Abbot and Worcester.

He’s had a little break since his most recent second and his best form has come over today’s trip. He looks on a fair mark and there isn’t a lot of strength in depth in this contest.
Oretenzia won on her chasing debut at Bangor last time and should run well again. She has a 7lb increase for that win which means she needs to show more to follow up.
CANYON CITY looks grand in Fontwell’s 2.50.
There was a lot to like about the way he cruised to victory at Fakenham last time, with 11 lengths in hand.
That was despite not having to hit top gear and he picked up well when asked for his effort.
This is not a massive step up in class and he has a lot more to offer with his talented claimer accounting for almost half his penalty for that last success.
