STICK with FRENCH TWIST in Southwell’s 2.15.
Mark Johnston’s juvenile should be coming here on the back of a win but she got stuck in traffic at Wolverhampton last time out.
She was going like the winner there before being blocked inside the final furlong, putting a stop to her charge.
PJ McDonald’s mount showed promise through the summer but that was the closest she’s come to getting off the mark.
On breeding, this surface should suit and her first win looks on the horizon.

SHANNON HILL will take some beating in the 2.25 after he impressive win on debut at Stratford last time out.
He barely had to get out of first gear to get off the mark there when backed off the boards. This is a slightly tougher assignment but he had so much left in the tank that a penalty for that success shouldn’t be a problem.
GARDINERS HILL has the 2.55 at his mercy after a convincing success at Warwick last time out.
He saw out this distance really well there and quickened right away from his rivals when asked for his effort. A breathing operation has brought out the best in him so he could still be several steps ahead of the handicapper despite carrying a 7lb penalty.

LUCKY 15: FRENCH TWIST (2.15 Southwell), SHANNON HILL (2.25 Ludlow), GARDINERS HILL (2.55 Ludlow), ELYSEES (3.30 Ludlow).
EACH-WAY DOUBLE: FIELDSMAN (12.40 Southwell) is dropping in class after running third here earlier this week. He should be on the premises again, while THEATRE OF WAR (1.10 Southwell) was just collared in a better race at Ayr last time and should like this ground given he goes in the soft on turf.
ELYSEES (3.30) was decent on the level and has already proven his worth over hurdles with a 12-length win at Warwick latest.
He hit the front a couple of flights from home and didn’t see another rival as he finished strongly. A 5lb penalty for that win shouldn’t touch the sides as there should be a lot more to come from Alan King’s three-year-old.
